  • What is a consignment service? A consignment service allows you to sell your preloved or vintage clothing and accessories through our store. We display your items, and once they sell, you receive a percentage of the sale price.
  • How do I consign my items with you? First send us images of the items you wish to consign via our email or our social media channels. If it is something we feel we can sell we will give you an appointment time to bring your preloved or vintage clothing and accessories to our store in East Belfast. Our team will review your items and let you know which ones are a good fit for our shop.

  • What types of items do you accept for consignment? We accept high-quality preloved and vintage clothing, shoes, handbags, and accessories. We’re especially looking for stylish, gently used pieces that are in excellent condition. We love unique, on-trend, and timeless items which have been purchased within the last two years.

  • How do you determine the price of my items? We base the pricing on factors like brand, condition, style, and current market trends. Our team uses their experience and knowledge of the vintage and second-hand market to determine a fair price.

  • How much will I earn from selling my items? Our standard commission is 40 - 60% of the sale price. The exact percentage can vary depending on the item, but we’ll discuss this with you upfront when you drop off your items.

  • How long will my items stay in the store? Your items will stay in our store for [X weeks/months], and we’ll periodically review and refresh our stock. If your items haven’t sold by the end of the consignment period, we’ll contact you to discuss the next steps.

  • Can I pick up unsold items? Yes, you can pick up any unsold items after the consignment period has ended. If you prefer, we can arrange to donate them to a local charity on your behalf.

  • Do you offer any other services, such as repairs or alterations? At this time, we don’t offer repairs or alterations, but we’re happy to help you find the perfect fit for your wardrobe through our collection.

  • Can I buy items from your store? Absolutely! Our store is open to the public, and you can purchase high-quality preloved and vintage clothing and accessories at affordable prices. We offer a curated selection of one-of-a-kind pieces that you won’t find anywhere else.

  • Do you accept returns or exchanges? All sales are final. As we’re a preloved clothing store, we encourage you to inspect your items carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to reach out to our team for more details.

  • Do you offer shipping or delivery? Yes! We offer shipping on all online orders. If you're local, you can also opt for in-store pickup.

  • Can I shop online? Yes, we feature a selection of our preloved and vintage clothing on our website, so you can shop from the comfort of your own home. Check out our online shop for the latest items!

  • How do I know if my items will sell in your store? We evaluate all items on a case-by-case basis, but we prioritize clothing and accessories that are in excellent condition, align with current trends, and fit our store’s style. We’ll let you know if we think your items will be a good fit!

  • Do you offer gift cards? Yes! We offer gift cards in various denominations that can be used in-store or online. It's a perfect gift for the vintage lover in your life.
